Abstinence

If you are interested in reviewing my abstinent list and my list of danger foods & situations check out the link below.  It is a work in progress. I’ve changed it January 2, 2010 – updating it to include foods I felt were causing problems for me.  I am amazed at how freeing this has been.

I know I may at some point make changes to it – but for right now it’s working for me and I am amazed at how great I feel.  For right now I’m experiencing a tremendous freedom from my obsessions.
